  • Familiarize yourself with area!  Learn about surrounding businesses and commercial properties.
  • Know everything about your desired property!
Dont's
  • Don't rush!
  • Do not approve anything before getting approved for a mortgage!
  • Never sign anything without a lawyer or attorney!
